I’m Dean Mosallam. I’ve been a loan officer for five years, and I’m licensed in multiple states. These are the people I come home to. When we talk about your home, I keep in mind that you have people and plans of your own. I want to hear what matters to you, walk through the numbers together, and give you room to ask every question on your list.
If you’ve trusted me with your loan or passed my name along to someone you care about, thank you. That’s how my business grows, and it means a lot to my whole family.

A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY
Know what you’re applying for before you take the next step.
The lender may use an automated valuation or require a full appraisal. Your application will identify the property review required and any costs.
No introductory call is required. You can start through the application link and follow the online steps. If additional information or assistance is needed, the team may contact you.
A second- or third-lien HELOC can leave your existing mortgage and its terms in place while adding another loan payment secured by your home. A first-lien HELOC is also available for eligible properties, including homes owned free and clear. Your available lien position depends on existing liens, property occupancy, state, and program requirements, and is determined during the application.
Yes. This program requires a 100% initial draw. The cash you receive may be reduced by origination fees, costs, and any debt payoffs. Repayment begins on the drawn balance. Future draws are subject to your agreement and available credit.
The linked program describes a fixed rate for the initial draw. A later draw is priced when you take it and can have a different fixed rate. Review the rate, fees, payment, and terms in your actual offer and agreement before accepting.
The initial offer check uses a soft credit inquiry. Continuing through the application can require a hard credit inquiry, which may affect your credit score. Review the credit authorization in the application portal before proceeding.
Notarization and funding are separate steps. An online notary may be available once your file is ready, but funding still depends on verification, signing, applicable waiting periods, and bank processing. Texas and in-person closings can take longer.
YOUR NEXT MOVE STARTS HERE
Start online. Review your options. Decide what’s right for you.
1. Loan amounts and structure. Your available amount varies and depends on credit, income, equity, property, lien position, and program limits. This open-end credit program requires the full initial credit limit to be drawn at origination. Net proceeds reflect applicable fees, costs, and payoffs. A HELOC is a lien against your home; failure to repay may result in foreclosure.
2. Rates and credit inquiries. The initial draw has a fixed rate. Additional draws are priced when taken and may have different fixed rates. The initial rate check uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. Continuing and submitting the application requires a hard credit inquiry, which may affect your score. Review all credit authorizations and your actual offer before proceeding.
3. Timing and notarization. Funding depends on eligibility checks, verification, signing, and remote online notarization where permitted. Appraisals, title requirements, in-person notarization, state waiting periods, and bank processing can extend the timeline. Same-day notarization does not mean same-day funding. No approval or funding timeline is guaranteed.
4. Property valuation. The lender determines the required valuation based on the property and program. An appraisal may add cost and processing time.
Application destinations. HELOC applications are completed through the Ease Mortgage-branded portal, which identifies United Lending Team, Inc. DBA Ease Mortgage, NMLS #2273319. Purchase and refinance applications use Dean’s ARIVE application through deanmosallam.com/apply. The HELOC program features above do not describe purchase or refinance loan terms. Review the lender identity, privacy notices, authorizations, fees, and terms presented in your chosen application. The optional contact form collects contact details, interests, and communication preferences; it is not a credit application. Signup requests are sent securely to Dean’s Microsoft 365 email. Consent to receive text messages is optional.
